Holiday Changeovers


Whether your home is booked for 2 weeks a year or 22 weeks, we are available whenever you need us to carry out changeovers for your guests. A changeover can mean just a simple clean and change of bed linen or it can mean so much more.

We are here to help your visitors at all times so that you don't have to be. If your guests are not familiar with the local area they could spend half their time just trying to find a shop to purchase their groceries. They won’t know the best places to eat, (the ones the locals go to!) the secret and very best beaches or the best value visitor attractions.

We offer a thorough spring clean at the beginning of the season which reduces the amount of time that is needed weekly to keep the property to a high standard of cleanliness.

Reliable, trustworthy and professional at all times, we ensure your holiday home is kept in pristine condition, leaving guests wanting to return year after year.

If you would like

  • We can meet your guests and welcome them to your property.
  • We can provide a welcome basket - whether it’s a pint of milk or a hamper full of local produced products, we can provide welcome baskets to suit every taste and budget.
  • We can offer them advice on where to go and what to do.
  • We can provide them with details of babysitters.
  • We can book ‘treats’ – pampering sessions, theatre trips, cinema tickets etc
  • We can make reservations at local restaurants or even have food waiting on the hob after a long journey.


If your guests name it, we’ll endeavour to arrange it!

Each weekly cleaning visit entails:

  • Polish and dust
  • Thorough vacuum including behind furniture and under cushions
  • Wiping paintwork and skirting boards
  • Sweeping and washing floors
  • Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
  • Bed changes
  • Internal window clean
  • Cleaning fridges/microwaves/toasters/kettles
  • Cleaning and laying fireplaces (as necessary)


We professionally launder sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases and if time permits we launder towels and bath mats on site whilst we are cleaning to reduce costs.

Every visit is followed up with an email to keep you informed and to let you know the amount of time the changeover has taken.
